Policy

If the product
is cancelled on the same day, customer gets full refund in the same A/C,
without any deductions.

If the product
is cancelled on the second day and before the package is dispatched, 3% would
be deducted from the payment made.
·
If the customer
wants to cancel the order after dispatch, 10% would be deducted from the
payment made.
·
A person cannot
cancel the order once he/she has received the package.
Refund
Policy

Full
Amount will be refunded if order cancels on Same Day.

The amount that
will be refunded will depend on whether you have cancelled the order
fully or partially.

The amount that
will be refunded will depend on when* you have cancelled the order.
·
The refund
amount will be credited back to the same account through which the initial
payment was made.

Although it may
vary from bank to bank, the refund process usually takes from 5 days to 10 days
before the amount reflects in your account.

Please note
that Apka Online book Store has no control
over the bank process and does not bear any responsibility for the same.
·
If transaction
fails and the amount is debited from your account, the amount will
automatically be refunded to you as per the payment gateway and bank policies.
Return Policy
The items
ordered will not be returned until they fall in the below mentioned points:

If the product
delivered is different from product ordered.
·
Only Publishing
Defect books can be returned.
·
The Product
should mandatorily have company stamp.
·
Items can be
returned only if they are in the original condition.
·
A request for
return has to be submitted within 10 days “Of dispatch of the items”.
·
10%* of the
payment would be deducted if the return is initiated post dispatch of the
product.
·
“Online purchased
books cannot be returned on the shop for any reason”.
